Fried Frogs Recipe

Fried Frogs

Taken from: Provencal Cooking (English Edition: Cookbook from France)

600 g. of frogs
3 Eggs
Bread Crumbs
2 lemons

Roll the trimmed frogs in flour. Dip them in whipped eggs, add salt, pepper and roll them one by one in the bread crumbs. Fry at high temperature and serve with lemon segments.

Note: I have not tried this recipe. I found it interesting. The thought of eating frogs on the other hand, doesn't sit will with me.
