6 English muffins
1 8 ounce can of tomato sauce
1/2 pound of grated Mozzarella Cheese
Split the English Muffins into half's and cover each half with tomato sauce, sprinkle with salt and pepper and oregano seasoning. Cover with grated cheese. Boil muffins until the cheese is melted and the tops are bubbly. Makes 12 Pizzas.
Nancy's Tasty topping
Put green olives or diced mushrooms on each pizza before covering it with cheese
I used a can of Pesto Tomato sauce
I also added Pepperoni and bacon bits.
I used whole wheat English muffins
and I cooked them in the toaster oven for ten minutes instead of boiling them.
But you have to watch then closely or they will burn.
