Chocolate Coconut Granola~ Angel Adoree

Chocolate Coconut Granola

8 ½ oz of rolled oats
6 oz of flaked almonds ( sliced worked fine)
2 ½ oz of shredded unsweetened cocnut
2 ½ oz of dark brown sugar
1 ½ oz of unsweetened cocoa powder
3 oz of honey
2 oz of vegetable oil
1 tsp of ground cinnamon
¾ tsp of salt
1.       Preheat oven to 120 C/ fan 100 c/ gas mark ½

2.       In a large bowl mix the oats, almonds, coconut and brown sugar. In a separate bowl, mix the cocoa powder, hone, oil cinnamond and salt.

3.       Combine the two mixtures and pour onto two baking sheets. Bake the granola for 1 ¼ hours, stirring every 15 minuets to acieve an even colour.

4.       Transfer into a large bowl to serve
